Course Description
Organizations deliver value through activities connected within a chain of processes. Processes often cross boundaries of departments within an organization. Successful results are achieved more effectively and efficiently when the chain of processes functions as a joined-up system.
Process management is the activities aimed at 1) defining a process, 2) establishing responsibilities or process owners, 3) evaluating process performance, and 4) identifying opportunities for improvement of the process.
